Introducing Loaves and Fishes Waterford, a social enterprise for Children’s Group Link.
We up-cycle furniture, create new pieces from pallet wood and make rustic decorations. We now have a range of seasonal products which are ideal for the garden, the home, the office, as gifts and as prizes for your corporate events. We will be launching our updated Christmas range shortly. Stay tuned!
The objectives of the enterprise include:
- Providing work opportunities to adults on government sponsored work schemes such as CE Scheme and TÚS
- Creating sustainable employment
- Introducing young people to different skills
- Offering young people opportunities to explore different career paths
- Introducing young people to the concepts of retail management, product design, manufacturing, marketing and merchandising
- Supporting the development of the Children's Group Link "Training, Education & Events Centre"
