As a parent you have a right to feel that your child will experience safe enjoyable experiences at our centre. All our Staff & Volunteers are Garda Vetted and screened by us on entry to the organisation. We also provide induction training, highlighted child protection policies and other relevant information pertaining to youth work. Group Link has a comprehensive,up to date ‘handbook’ which includes clear guidelines and code of ethics for those working with children/teenagers and how the organisation manages its affairs. We also encourage parents to get involved in the organisation by joining a committee or fundraising. We have parents nights and an Annual General Meeting each year.

We aim to support parents in helping the children reach their full potentials as members of the community. The continued success of our organisation is based upon quality programmes and activities. All programmes and activities are planned, administered and supervised in a professional and organised manner.
Where necessary & possible, trained counsellors, tutors and other professionals are brought in to give advice on or to facilitate certain programmes. The key objectives of the organisation are used as guides to the type, frequency and duration of all programmes and activities.
